Getting The Most Out Of Your Trial

Everyone can try Magic Pages for free – for a whole 14 days. This is ideal to explore Ghost CMS without the need for a credit card. If you like the experience, you can upgrade any time – if you don't, just forget about it. No hard feelings 😉

This short guide will help you get the most out of your trial, whether you're new to Ghost or already familiar with its feature set.

1. Experiment with Posts and Pages: Posts in Ghost are a bit more "dynamic". They are meant as classic blog posts or can be sent as email newsletters to your members. Try creating different post types, as well as static pages to figure out how you can use Ghost CMS for your needs.
2. Experiment with Newsletters: The beauty of Ghost is that you can build an email list with ease. To begin with that, add yourself as a member and send a few test posts as newsletters. See what options you have and how you can use them.
3. Manage Members: Speaking of members – explore the membership functionality! Have a look at the paid options, connect your Stripe account, and figure out whether you want to have a closed-off membership section on your new Ghost website.
4. Style Exploration: Experiment with different themes. Ghost itself provides a collection of different styles and Magic Pages added three more themes, exclusively for our customers. Just head over to Settings -> Design & Branding and try different themes and colours.
