The Magic Pages customer portal just got a new addition, paired with a fresh look for the Support page: website monitoring.

For a while now, I've had this monitoring system running in the background, keeping me in the loop about your site's health (previously, an off-the shelf solution was used, but caused some issues at scale). Today, I'm making it available to you too. You can now see your website's performance and availability in real-time, right from your customer portal.
The system looks at two main things: how reliably your site stays online (by calculating uptime over the last 30 days) and how quickly it responds to visitors (by checking your site's frontend every minute and averaging the response times over 24 hours).
Since this is quite a substantial addition to the portal, I took the opportunity to give the entire Support page a makeover. The new design makes everything a bit cleaner.
